Delete Your SkinAura Account

Delete your account in the app
If you are signed in, open SkinAura and go to Profile > Account > Delete account. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot access the app, send an account deletion request using the email address associated with your SkinAura account.
Request account deletion by email
Please include the email address used for your SkinAura account. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
What is deleted
- Your SkinAura authentication account.
- Server-side SkinAura data associated with that account in SkinAura's production systems.
Data stored only on your device
Deleting your online account does not automatically remove SkinAura data stored only on your device. To remove local-only data, clear SkinAura app storage in your device settings or uninstall the app.
Limited analytics
SkinAura's current analytics design does not link installation or session analytics identifiers to your SkinAura account. Analytics data that is not account-linked is therefore not used as account-associated data for account deletion.
Legal or security retention
We may retain limited information when required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal obligations.
